Are you the same team as Navtechy?
Yes. Azimuthforge Technologies LLP is the same engineering team, operating under a new name and legal entity. Same people, same standard, same three products.
How do engagements typically start?
With a written scope. We run a short discovery, put the architecture and deliverables on paper, and price that — so you are never approving an open-ended estimate.
Do you work with startups or enterprises?
Both. Startups usually want a first production system built fast and correctly; enterprises usually want AI added to an estate that already exists, without disrupting it.
Who owns the code and the models?
You do. Source, infrastructure definitions, prompts and evaluation sets are handed over in your repositories and your cloud accounts.
Can you take over an existing codebase?
Often, yes. We start with an audit — architecture, test coverage, security and cost — then agree whether to extend it or replace specific parts.
Which time zones do you cover?
