Privacy policy

This policy explains how Azimuthforge LLP (“Azimuthforge”, “we”, “us”), a limited liability partnership based in India, handles personal data collected through azimuthforge.com. We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws.
What we collect
When you submit the project enquiry form, we collect:
- your name and work email address;
- your company name, timeline and areas of interest, if you provide them;
- the project details you write in the form;
- technical information sent with the request: IP address, approximate country and browser type.
We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the website, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors arrived. It uses cookies and collects device, browser and approximate location information. Advertising features are turned off, and we do not use advertising cookies. We do not sell personal data.
Why we use it
- to read and respond to your enquiry, and to send you a confirmation that we received it;
- to keep a record of enquiries so that none is lost if an email fails to arrive;
- to protect the form from spam and abuse;
- to measure and improve how the website is used.
We use your data on the basis of the consent you give by submitting the form, and only for these purposes.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts this website, stores enquiry records and provides Turnstile, which checks that a form submission comes from a person.
- Resend delivers the enquiry to our team and the confirmation email to you.
- Google provides Google Analytics. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
These providers may process data outside India. They act on our instructions and are bound by their own security and data protection commitments.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business records. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, and we will do so unless we are required by law to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or erase the personal data we hold about you, withdraw your consent, or raise a grievance about how we have handled it. Write to hello@azimuthforge.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We will respond within the time required by law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS, access to enquiry records is limited to the people who need it, and secrets such as email service keys are stored encrypted and never in the website's code.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
